Several more inches blanketed the neighborhood last night causing interstates to close, public transportation to close, and the neighbors to congregate in the streets to share sleds!
I'm sorry to hear about Jake. We didn't ever have that as a problem...just small furry animals, but my youngest is nearly 7 so they weren't 'eye level' with Jake. He is certainly a lovable dog...he just has some issues. In our home, the risk of livestock was the straw that broke the camels back...with children, that's an even clearer deal breaker. Blessings to you, I'm sure it was a difficult decision to make, as it was for us as well.
